The Megaro Collection is now recruiting a CDP for Hokus Pokus, our extraordinary cocktail bar located under the iconic roof of The Megaro Hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras. The CDP will deliver outstanding snacks to accompany and complement our cocktails.
We are looking for a CDP experienced in working standalone.
The candidate will work Tuesday to Saturday, with starting time being 3:00 PM and last order midnight Tuesday to Thursday, and at 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
The CDP will be a very well organised person with a good time management; passionate, capable to multitask and prioritise and very professional. Reliability and maturity are two of the most important traits for this position.
Headed by the Head Chef who is prepared to train and develop his team, the CDP will have bags of enthusiasm, drive and ambition.
The role consists in preparing fresh bar snacks for our cocktail bar, as well as being flexible with helping the rest of the team.
The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serve dishes within the company standard and concept, ensuring all standards are met as well as following food hygiene and health and safety rules.
The candidate will also monitor position and waste control to maintain profit margins and will be extremely well organised, always keeping the station extremely clean.
