Chef De Partie

This Italian Eatery in the making is taking its first step into top end dining. Fresh, fun, and fantastic food. 

THE ROLE

As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, or veg. You will already be working at a Chef de Partie level, with ambition to grow up the ranks when proven how great you are.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
  • Managing and training any commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Salary - £25.000
