Are you the new star chef, and want to learn the ropes from a fast developing kitchen?

Congratulations! You are on your way to becoming an excellent chef, starting from a great love of fresh food, with a strong direction towards the Italian kitchen.

You will be put on a rotating schedule, spending three-four months in each section, including butchery, fish, veg, sauce, and bakery/patisserie. 

To learn all aspects of working in a kitchen. Must have a dedication to work as a part of team, creating exciting and top quality dishes. Passion for food and fresh ingredients is a must, as we will develop your skills as you go along.

You need to be prepared to learn, taking instructions, and be willing to participate in developing yourself. Oh, you need to as a minimum know the difference between a spoon and a knife. A sense of organisation and planning goes a very long way, and keeping your station clean is MUST.

Working hours are 48 per week, with four days on, then three days off. Naturally, this may change now and then as you or your team members enjoy well-deserved holiday. Salary we pay is depending on age and previous experience, however we are adding service charge to boost the salary.
