St Pancras Hotels Group is expanding and now opening an all-day dining Italian Eatery. Located in the heart of Kings Cross St Pancras, on Euston Road; Spagnoletti will be showcasing authentic Italian food. Using solely fresh and seasonal produce; our Executive Chef Manuele Bazzoni has designed a casual menu through which our guests can explore the traditionalism of Italian Regions in our fresh pasta selections; fritti; and outstanding fresh bakery. Open 7 days, from breakfast to late dinner; Spagnoletti will be the perfect location to rejoice your palate, entertain your eyes and recharge yourself.
Spagnoletti will open its colorful doors in June and we are now recruiting for our café brigade.
We are hunting for an experienced barista ready to join our wonderful team and have great fun with us. The ideal barista will be passionate about coffee and will be experienced in working in a bar for at least 2/3 years, and happy to serve customers at the counter when required.
The ideal candidate will:
- be a team player and flexible individual
- be experienced in working with coffee machines and ideally, but not a must, knowledgeable with latte art
- have good memories and organizational skills
- possess a great command of the English language
- report directly to the General Manager keep an open line of communication about any problems, concerns, or simply the general operation of the Restaurant
- will be used to work in a fast pace and high-volume site
- will also offer moral support to the team where it is needed, training and leading by example
- will guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction
The barista will maintain a neat appearance, possess excellent interpersonal skills and easily build rapport with guests.
