Born in March 2007, The Megaro Hotel is a 49-bedrooms boutique hotel. Part of St Pancras Hotels group, this is unique property, unique in its style, combining art, luxury and exclusivity under one roof. The Megaro proudly holds the world’s largest external hotel mural, seen and acknowledged by international artists. The property is currently going through a Food & Beverage transformation, adding three distinctive and unique destinations.  

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef ready to join our wonderful Italian inspired, casual fine dine and first New Opening in May. 

Magenta offers an excellent and innovative dining experience. The company has comprehensive expansions plan; therefore, we are looking for an individual that is willing to start a long-term relationship. This is a high-end standard operation; the ideal candidate will need to be therefore experienced with a high end & fine dining environment.

Michelin star or Rosette background is a must to be considered for this role.

The ideal Pastry Chef will be a well organised person, able to work in harmony with a big team alongside the Executive Chef. You will need to be able to maintain the smooth running of the pastry section at all time, obtaining a proactive attitude, helping the team when needed.

Magenta will be a dining destination offering fantastic service and fine dining food.

The ideal candidate therefore must have previous experience in Michelin Star operation or at least 2AA Restaurants. We are looking for a creative individual that will be able to develop dishes alongside the Executive chef. The Pastry Chef will have plenty of love for fresh produce, a creative mind and will be well aquatinted with Italian cuisine.
